Allowance for Additional Degree. An allowance of $793 shall be granted for one (1) Master's degree or one (1) Doctorate from Universities which are members of the National Conference of Canadian Universities or of similar conferences in other parts of the world. The extra degree allowance shall be paid above category and shall have the effect of exceeding maximum for all members of the Local.
