Common use of Allow Clause in Contracts

The Purchaser shall be deemed to have hereby given its consent for the Further Constructions and therefore shall be barred from causing any obstruction or hindrance thereto including without limitation causing any obstruction or hindrance to the movement of the men and materials for the Added Construction.
