Common use of Allocation of Time and Energies Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Time and Energies. The Consultant hereby promises to perform and discharge faithfully the Services which may be requested from the Consultant from time to time by the Company and duly authorized representatives of the Company. The Consultant shall provide the Services required hereunder in a diligent and professional manner. During the Term, Consultant approximates spending five (5) hours per week on Company matters.
