Common use of Allocation of Investment Income Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Investment Income. Any and all earnings, interest, and other investment income realized on the investment of the Trust Assets shall be allocated to each Indian Tribe Trust subaccount on the basis of the respective subaccount balances at the end of each month. Any and all earnings, interest, and other investment income realized on the investment of the assets held in the Tribal Administration Cost Subaccount shall be allocated to that administration subaccount on the basis of the administration subaccount balance at the end of each month.
