Common use of Allocation Corrections Clause in Contracts

Allocation Corrections. If an error or omission is discovered in any Account, then as of the first Valuation Date in the Plan Year in which the error or omission is discovered, the Plan Administrator shall make (and post) an adjustment to such Account as the Plan Administrator deems necessary to remedy in an equitable manner such error or omission.
