Common use of Alliance Managers Clause in Contracts

Alliance Managers. Within 30 days after the Effective Date, each Party shall appoint a representative (“Alliance Manager”) to facilitate ongoing communications and exchange of information between the Parties and to act as a liaison between the Parties. Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time upon notice to the other Party.
