This agreement, the appended "General Terms and Conditions", and ECOLOGY'S current edition of "Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans", contains the entire understanding between the parties, and there are no other understandings or representations except those set forth or incorporated by reference herein. No subsequent modification(s) or amendments to this agreement shall be of any force or effect unless in writing, signed by authorized representatives of the RECIPIENT and ECOLOGY and made a part of this agreement.
