Common use of All items or Automated Clearing House Clause in Contracts

All items or Automated Clearing House. (“ACH”) transfers credited to your account are provisional and subject to our receipt of final payment. If final payment is not received, we reserve the right to charge your account for the amount of those items or ACH transfers and impose a return fee on your account. After we receive final payment, we refer to these deposits as collected items. If WECU incurs any fee to collect any item, WECU may charge such fees to your account. WECU reserves the right to refuse or to return all or any item or funds transfer. WECU shall have the right to charge back against your account all previously deposited items or other items endorsed by you that are returned unpaid, regardless of whether the amount of the item has been available for your use.
