All E. A.s eligible for recall shall file with the Board and the Bargaining Unit their most recent address and telephone number. It shall be the E.A.’s responsibility to inform the Board of any new areas of qualifications or any educational upgrades. (i) The Board shall offer recall to the E.A. by telephone in order of seniority, in accordance with this article. (ii) It is understood that should the Board be unable to contact an E.A. within forty-eight (48) hours by telephone, the Board shall continue in order of seniority to offer the position to a member of the Bargaining Unit who is on recall.
