Common use of Aircraft Maintenance Manual and Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Maintenance Manual and Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog. Gogo shall provide American with one editable electronic copy in the original source format and one paper copy of the following manuals for each different system type delivered to American: the aircraft maintenance manual (the “AMM”), a wiring diagram manual and the aircraft illustrated parts catalog (the “AIPC”). Gogo shall use the ATA-100 Specification as a guide in the preparation of the AMM and the AIPC. Gogo shall also provide American with one electronic copy in the original source format and one paper copy of any Non-Destructive Test inspection requirements for aircraft structural repairs or modifications.

Gogo shall provide American American, in a format previously provided (unless otherwise mutually agreed), with one (1) editable electronic copy in the original source format and one (1) paper copy of the following manuals for each different system type delivered to AmericanTechnology Type: the aircraft maintenance manual (the “AMM”), a wiring diagram manual WDM and the aircraft illustrated parts catalog (the “AIPC”). Gogo shall use the ATA-100 Specification as a guide in the preparation of the AMM AMM, the WDM and the AIPC. Gogo shall also provide American with one (1) electronic copy in the original source format and one (1) paper copy of any Nonnon-Destructive Test destructive test inspection requirements for aircraft Aircraft structural repairs or modifications.
