Common use of AIRCRAFT DOCUMENTATION Clause in Contracts

AIRCRAFT DOCUMENTATION. In order to enable LESSOR to prepare for its Final Inspection of the Aircraft pursuant to Subsection 17(D) above, LESSEE agrees to make available at LESSEE's maintenance base to LESSOR, not later than ten (10) days prior to the commencement of such Final Inspection, the Aircraft Documents listed in Exhibit "B" hereto, together with such other documentation regarding the condition, use, maintenance, operation and history of the Aircraft as LESSOR may reasonably request.

AIRCRAFT DOCUMENTATION. In order to enable LESSOR Lessor to prepare for its the Final Inspection of the Aircraft pursuant to Subsection 17(DSection 16(f) above, LESSEE Lessee agrees to make available to Lessor at LESSEE's maintenance base to LESSOR, the Return Location not later than ten (10) days prior to the commencement of such Final Inspection, the Aircraft Documents listed in Exhibit "B" hereto, together with such other documentation regarding the condition, use, maintenance, operation and history of the Aircraft during Lessee's possession as LESSOR Lessor may reasonably request.

In order to enable LESSOR Lessor to prepare for its the Final Inspection of the Aircraft pursuant to Subsection 17(D16(f) above, LESSEE Lessee agrees to make available to Lessor at LESSEELessee's principal maintenance base to LESSOR, not later than ten (10) days prior to the commencement of such Final Inspection, the Aircraft Documents listed in Exhibit "B" heretoDocuments, together with such other documentation regarding the condition, use, maintenance, operation and history of the Aircraft generated during Lessee's possession of the Aircraft, and as LESSOR Lessor may otherwise reasonably request.
