Air Conditioning Systems Sample Clauses

The AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS clause sets out the requirements and standards for the installation, maintenance, and operation of air conditioning systems within a property or building. Typically, it details the responsibilities of the parties involved—such as the landlord ensuring the system is in good working order at the start of a lease, or the tenant being responsible for routine maintenance and prompt reporting of issues. This clause ensures that the air conditioning systems remain functional and efficient, thereby maintaining comfort and habitability, and helps prevent disputes over repair obligations or system failures.
