AHCC. Upon receipt of the final audit, the designated HUD official will execute the AHCC once HUD determines to its satisfaction that: (1) the expenditure of funds provided under this Grant Agreement was allowable and reasonable, as determined by the final audit; (2) the activities to be completed using HOPE VI Grant funds were completed, as required by the Grant Agreement; and (3) all Federal requirements, were satisfied.
