Agreements with other Health Service Providers. In accordance with section 48(2) of the Act, the CAHS may agree with any Health Service Provider for that Health Service Provider to provide Health Services for the CAHS according to the CAHS business needs. The terms of an agreement made pursuant to section 48(2) of the Act do not limit the CAHS obligations under this Agreement, including the performance standards provided for in this Agreement.
Agreements with other Health Service Providers. In accordance with section 48(2) of the Act, the EMHS may agree with any Health Service Provider for that Health Service Provider to provide services for EMHS according to the EMHS’s business needs.
