Common use of Agreements to Run with the Land Clause in Contracts

Agreements to Run with the Land. This Agreement shall be recorded against the Real Property as described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B attached hereto. The agreements contained herein shall be deemed to run with the Real Property. The burdens of this Agreement are binding upon, and the benefits of this Agreement shall inure to, all successors in interest to the parties to this Agreement.
