The 'Fairview Lots' clause defines the specific parcels of land, known as the Fairview Lots, that are subject to the agreement. Fairview Lots. Within thirty days of the Effective Date, the Town shall purchase the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ lot or acquire the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ lot by eminent domain. Within a ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, the Town shall purchase the Strizver lot or acquire the Strizver lot by eminent domain. The Fairview Lots shall be acquired so that sufficient right-of-way is available for public improvements to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Extension at the Fairview Road intersection. The Town shall deed the Fairview Lots to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, which shall use the Fairview Lots for construction of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Extension and for construction of the Fairview Pond. The deed shall provide for reversion to the Town if the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Extension is not completed within ten (10) years of the Effective Date. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may retain any portions of the Fairview Lots not needed for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Extension right- of-way and the detention ponds.
