AGREEMENTS SET FORTH Sample Clauses

The "Agreements Set Forth" clause defines that all terms, conditions, and understandings between the parties are contained within the written contract. This means that any prior discussions, negotiations, or informal agreements not included in the document are not legally binding. By consolidating all agreements into the contract, this clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes over alleged side agreements or misunderstandings outside the written terms.
