Agreement with Respect to Administration. The Assuming Institution shall (and shall cause any of its Affiliates to which the Assuming Institution transfers any Shared-Loss Assets or Shared-Loss Securities), or shall cause a Third Party Servicer to, manage, administer, and collect the Shared-Loss Assets and Shared-Loss Securities while owned by the Assuming Institution or any Affiliate thereof during the term of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement in accordance with the rules set forth in this Article III (“Rules”).
