Employee is relying on Employee’s own judgment and on the advice of Employee’s attorneys, if Employee has chosen to engage counsel, and not upon any recommendations by the Company or its directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, or other representatives. Employee agrees that this agreement shall not be construed against either party on the grounds of authorship.
