Agreement to Provide Services. A. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to provide to DISTRICT, as DISTRICT may from time to time designate, such services as DISTRICT may order by Task Order, all in accordance with and subject to the terms, covenants and conditions of this Contract. DISTRICT agrees to pay for these services ordered by DISTRICT in accordance with and subject to the terms, covenants and conditions of this Contract.
