Common use of Agreement to Lease Premises Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Lease Premises. Subject to, and upon, the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Lessor hereby subleases the Premises to Sublessee effective March 1, 2011 and Sublessee hereby subleases the Premises from the Lessor. Sublessee acknowledges that the Lessor has made no representation or warranty regarding the condition of the Premises, or the suitability or fitness of the Premises for the conduct of the Business except as specifically stated in this Agreement.
