This Agreement is between You and Us and provides the coverages indicated for the time and mileage shown as Agreement Term in the section titled Plan Information on the Information Page. The Information Page is part of this Agreement. This Agreement shall take effect upon acceptance by the Administrator. This acceptance may be based on the proposed Vehicle’s assemblies passing an inspection by an independent inspection facility verifying the assemblies to be in proper working order. When this Agreement and Information Page together are mailed to You, coverage is activated on the effective date and mileage requirements on the Information Page under the section titled VEHICLE INFORMATION. The Obligor agrees that while this Agreement is in effect to authorize and pay Costs for covered repairs subject to the exclusions found in the section titled WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS VEHICLE SERVICE AGREEMENT (EXCLUSIONS). Repairs are subject to applicable deductible(s).
