Common use of Agreement Progress Meeting Clause in Contracts

Agreement Progress Meeting. The COTR and other DEH personnel, as appropriate, will meet periodically with the Grantee to review the Agreement performance. At these meetings the COTR will apprise the Grantee of how the County views the Grantee's performance and the Grantee will apprise DEH of problems, if any, being experienced. The need for any element of the scope of work designated as contingent or flexible through language such as “if needed” or similarly will be discussed. The Grantee shall also notify the Contracting Officer (in writing) of any work being performed, if any, that the Grantee considers being over and above the requirements of the Agreement. Appropriate action shall be taken to resolve outstanding issues. The minutes of these meetings will be reduced to writing and signed by the COTR and the Grantee. Should the Grantee not concur with the minutes, the Grantee shall set out in writing any area of disagreement. Appropriate action will be taken to resolve any areas of disagreement.
