AGREEMENT OFFICIALS AND DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY. 6.1 The Parties are authorized to retain a Secretariat to administer the Agreement and to appoint an Executive Director and such other Agreement officials as they may deem necessary and appropriate. Subject to the direction of the Parties, the Secretariat and Executive Director shall have general responsibility for supervising and monitoring day-to-day activities under the First Revised Page No. 12 Agreement, including maintaining all records of the Agreement and administering all documentation and reporting requirements applicable to or under the Agreement.
