Agreement Managers. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, P.E., Chief, Engineering and Special Projects Office, is designated by DTSC as its Manager for this Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, P.E., Chief, Hazardous Waste, Air, Noise and Paleontology Office, is assigned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as Manager for this Agreement. Each Party to this Agreement shall provide at least ten (10) days advance written notice to the other of any change in its designated manager.
