Agreement Issues. A. The Parties may jointly provide PPQ employees with written materials outlining the issues contained in the new Agreement and summarizing its principal provisions. The Employer will distribute this material to all PPQ employees. B. The preferred method of presenting the Agreement would be through joint meetings with Local Presidents and their recognized level of management.
