AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE - DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY. 1.1. Seller hereby agrees to sell and cause to be conveyed to Purchaser, and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase, the following property (collectively, the "Property"):
(a) The Real Property.
