Agreement Fee. 7.1.1 The charges for accommodation are as determined by the Governing Body of the College. Representatives of Common Rooms are consulted on the charges to be proposed to Governing Body. These are as listed in section 1.1 of this Agreement. All accommodation, hall and bar charges increase from the beginning of the financial year which runs from 1 August to 31 July.
Agreement Fee. Evidence of payment from the Borrower to each Bank of the fees provided for in Section 2.12 of the Credit Agreement as herein amended and the payment of expenses provided in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
Agreement Fee. As part of the consideration to induce Bank to enter into this Agreement, Columbia Sportswear, upon execution of this Agreement, shall pay to Bank a fee of One Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($1,000.00).

Agreement Fee. The fee, payable by the Concessionaire to the Clarksville Parks Board for the rights and privileges conveyed in this agreement shall be equal to the amount stated and agreed upon in the original sealed submitted proposal.
Agreement Fee. 3.1. The “Agreement Fee” shall be as follows; i. twenty five percent (25%) of the Taxpayers’ 2021 tax preparation fee; ii. in the event section 3.1i of this Agreement calculation is less than one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00), the Agreement Fee shall be one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00).
Agreement Fee. Licensee agrees to pay to DCSB, without notice or demand, at DCSB’s address referenced herein, an Agreement Fee of $400.00 (plus all applicable tax payable and due thereon) for each weekend of the annual Term; except that during the Term, it is contemplated that Licensee will only use the Land for 48 weekends according to a schedule to be developed by the parties. Said Agreement Fee shall be paid in advance on a monthly basis on or before the 1st day of each month of the Agreement Term.
