Agreement Fee. Upon the Effective Date, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Increasing Lender an upfront fee equal to fifty (50) basis points on the amount of such Lender’s new Commitment or incremental increase in Commitment (in the case of the Increasing Existing Lender) after giving effect to the Agreement.
