Agreement Fee. It is mutually understood and agreed that the agreed upon fee for use of the Parking Lot (“Agreement Fee”) was determined based upon an estimate of the cost of surface care and parking space striping of the Parking Lot. The initial Agreement Fee of $1,008 will be due upon March 1, 2017. All subsequent Agreement Fees will be due on the anniversary date of the term and subject to CPI increases as set forth in Section 5(a) below..
