Common use of Agreement Fee Clause in Contracts

Agreement Fee. Evidence of payment from the Borrower to each Bank of the fees provided for in Section 2.12 of the Credit Agreement as herein amended and the payment of expenses provided in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
