Common use of Agreement Binding Clause Clause in Contracts

Agreement Binding Clause. This Contract contains the full and complete agreement between the Board and the Association, on all negotiable issues; and neither party shall be required, during the term thereof, to negotiate upon any issue whether it is covered or not covered in this Contract unless otherwise mutually agreed.
