Common use of Aggregation Clause in Contracts

Aggregation. All Shares held or acquired by a Stockholder and/or its affiliates shall be aggregated together for the purpose of determining the availability of any rights under this Agreement, and such affiliated persons may apportion such rights as among themselves in any manner they deem appropriate.

Aggregation. All Shares shares of Registrable Securities held or acquired by a any Affiliates of any Stockholder and/or its affiliates shall be aggregated together for with the purpose shares of Registrable Securities held by such Stockholder or the purposes of determining the availability of any rights and application of obligations of such Stockholder under this Agreement, and such affiliated persons may apportion such rights as among themselves in any manner they deem appropriate.
