Aggregated Employers. Aggregated employers means the Employer and each other corporation, partnership or proprietorship which is a "predecessor" to the Employer, or is under "common control" with the Employer, or is a member of an "affiliated service group" that includes the Employer, as those terms are defined in section 414(b), (c), (m) or (o) of the Code.
