Aggregate/Anonymous Data Sample Clauses
The Aggregate/Anonymous Data clause permits one or both parties to collect, use, and share data that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it no longer identifies individual persons or entities. Typically, this clause allows a service provider to analyze usage trends, improve services, or generate statistical reports by combining data from multiple users and removing personal identifiers. Its core function is to enable valuable data analysis and business insights while protecting individual privacy and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that (i) MapAnything may generate Aggregate/Anonymous Data related to Customer’s use of the MapAnything Technology; (ii) notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, MapAnything shall have exclusive ownership rights to, and the exclusive right to use, Aggregate/Anonymous Data for its internal business purposes and (iii) MapAnything is free to use (including for research purposes) and disclose aggregate measures of Service Data and MapAnything Technology usage and performance, and to reuse all generalized knowledge, experience, know-how, works and technologies (including ideas, concepts, processes and techniques) related to or acquired during provision of the Services under this Agreement (including without limitation, that which it could have acquired performing the same or similar services for another customer), provided that MapAnything may not use such data and information in a way that discloses the identity of Customer or its Users.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Customer agrees that Dropbox will have the right to generate aggregate and anonymous data based on End Users’ use of the Services and this data is owned by Dropbox. Dropbox may use this data for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement (including without limitation to develop and improve Dropbox’s products and services and to create and distribute reports and other materials). For clarity, Dropbox will not disclose any aggregate or anonymous data externally in a manner that could reasonably identify Customer or its End Users. Customer is not responsible for Dropbox’s use of aggregate or anonymous data.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Nvestiv may generate data that has been de-identified, anonymized and aggregated with other de-identified, anonymized data (including from other customers) based on Customer’s use of the Services and use such data for any of the following purposes: - internal research and development; - development of tools, methodologies, algorithms and processes; - machine learning; - risk management; - fraud prevention; - enhancing products, services and features; - developing new products, services and features; - and conducting and furthering Nvestiv’s business.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Dealer agrees that Podium will have the right to generate Aggregate/Anonymous Data using data from the Podium Services including without limitation Dealer’s use of the Podium Services. As used herein, “Aggregate/Anonymous Data means data that is aggregated (combined with other data) and de-identified (not attributable to any Dealer or any Dealer product or service). Podium shall have the right to use Aggregate/Anonymous Data for product improvement, industry reports, sales material, and similar business uses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Dealer agree that Aggregate/Anonymous Data shall be owned by Podium. Neither Shift Digital nor Podium will distribute Aggregate/Anonymous Data in a manner that personally identifies Dealer or Dealer’s customers, or that would otherwise violate applicable laws.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Customer agrees that Unyte-iLs will have the right to generate Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties agree that Aggregate/Anonymous Data is Unyte-iLs Technology, which Unyte-iLs may use for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement (including without limitation to develop and improve Unyte-iLs’ products and services and to create and distribute reports and other materials). Unyte-iLs will not distribute Aggregate/Anonymous Data in a manner that personally identifies Customer, its Authorized Users, or its Clients, or that would otherwise violate applicable laws, such as HIPAA. If Customer and Unyte-iLs have entered into a Business Associate Agreement, Unyte-iLs will use the Aggregate/Anonymous Data only in conformity with the terms of such agreement.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Customer agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the right to generate Aggregate/Anonymous Data and that Aggregate/Anonymous Data is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s property, which Vertice may use for any business purpose during or after the Term. Vertice will only disclose Aggregate/Anonymous Data externally in a de-identified (anonymous) form that does not identify Customer or Users, and that is stripped of all persistent identifiers (such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and cookie IDs). Customer is not responsible for Vertice’s use of Aggregate/Anonymous Data.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. You agree that Northwoods will have the right to generate Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Parties agree that Northwoods may use Aggregate/Anonymous Data for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement (including without limitation to develop and improve Northwoods’ products and services and to create and distribute reports and other materials). Northwoods will not distribute Aggregate/Anonymous Data in a manner that personally identifies You or your customers.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data. Aggregate/Anonymous Data means: (i) data generated by aggregating Client data with other data so that results are non- personally identifiable, and (ii) learnings, logs and data obtained by CFISO in connection with its provision of Services. Client agrees that CFISO may generate Aggregate/Anonymous Data, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Parties agree that CFISO may use Aggregate/Anonymous Data for its internal business purposes during or after the term of this Agreement.
