Common use of Agent May Perform Clause in Contracts

Agent May Perform. If Company fails to perform any agreement contained herein, Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Company under Section 15 hereof, and be a part of the Secured Obligations.
