Agent May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable, jointly and severally, by Grantors.
Agent May Perform. If the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Grantor pursuant to Section 6.2.

If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Agent may, but without any obligation to do so, upon notice to the Company of at least five Business Days in advance and if the Company fails to cure within such period, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Grantor under Section 20.
Agent May Perform. If Company fails to perform any agreement contained herein, Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Company under Section 15 hereof, and be a part of the Secured Obligations.

If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Agent may, as the Agent deems necessary to protect the security interest granted hereunder in the Collateral or to protect the value thereof, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Grantor under Section 17(b).
Agent May Perform. If the Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, upon reasonable notice to the Pledgor, the Agent may itself perform or cause performance of this Agreement, and the expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor.
Agent May Perform. If Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, Collateral Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Collateral Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor pursuant to Section 6.4.
Agent May Perform. If Subsidiary Guarantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Subsidiary Guarantor under Section 19.

At any time upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, if Parent or any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable, jointly and severally, by Parent and Grantors.

If Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein or in the Credit Agreement, Agent may, upon three days prior written notice to the Grantor, perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable and documented expenses of Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantor under Section 22.
