Common use of Agent Information Clause in Contracts

Agent Information. The Company hereby acknowledges that the only information that CF&Co has furnished to the Company expressly for use in the Registration Statement, the Prospectus or any Free Writing Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) as of the date hereof is CF&Co’s name and the information in paragraphs eight and nine under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus, which information may be updated from time to time in the future.
