Common use of Agent for Process Clause in Contracts

Agent for Process. The Trustees shall be deemed to represent all persons, natural or legal, having an interest in the funds for the purpose of all judicial proceedings affecting the funds or any asset thereof, and only the Trustees need be made a party to any such action. The Trustees shall give notice to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of any such proceedings.
