Agent for Process. The US Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Transfer Agent each shall at all times maintain an agent for service of process of any other documents in proceedings in England or any proceedings in connection with this Deed. Such agent shall be the Principal Paying Agent having its office at One Canada Square, London E14 5AL (and by execution of this Deed, the Principal Paying Agent hereby accepts such appointment). Any writ, judgment or other notice of legal process shall be sufficiently served on the Master Issuer if delivered to such agent at its address for the time being. The US Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Transfer Agent each undertakes not to revoke the authority of the above agent and if, for any reason, the Master Issuer Security Trustee requests the US Paying Agent, the Registrar or the Transfer Agent to do so, the US Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Transfer Agent shall promptly appoint another such agent with an address in England and advise the Note Trustee, the Master Issuer Swap Providers, the Corporate Services Provider and the Master Issuer Security Trustee thereof. If following such a request the US Paying Agent, the Registrar or the Transfer Agent fails to appoint another agent the Master Issuer Security Trustee shall be entitled to appoint one on their behalf. The US Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Transfer Agent each agrees that failure by a process agent to notify the US Paying Agent, the Registrar or the Transfer Agent of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned.

The U.S. Paying Agent agrees that failure by a process agent to notify the U.S. Paying Agent of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned.
Agent for Process. Apache’s Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary shall be the agents of the Plan for service of all process on the Plan.
Agent for Process. The Trustees shall be deemed to represent all persons, natural or legal, having an interest in the funds for the purpose of all judicial proceedings affecting the funds or any asset thereof, and only the Trustees need be made a party to any such action. The Trustees shall give notice to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of any such proceedings.

Agent for Process. Apache’s General Xxxxxxx and Corporate Secretary shall be the agents of the Plan for service of all process on the Plan.

The name of Company’s registered agent for service of process and the business address of Company’s registered office in the State of Delaware are The Corporation Trust Company, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx of Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000 or such other Person with such other address as the Manager may appoint from time to time.
Agent for Process. The name and address of the agent for service of process in the State of Minnesota shall be Lakes Cloverdale, LLC, located at 130 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 00000. Xxe Board may from time to time replace such agent and, in such event, the Chief Manager shall give notice to the Members and the appropriate state authorities within twenty (20) days of the effective date of such change.
