Pursuant to provisions of NCGS 42A-11, it is hereby stated that in the event the Landlord cannot provide the premises described above in a fit and habitable condition on the date the Tenant is to take possession, Tenant shall be entitled to a full refund only, unless travel insurance was offered and declined.
