Afterschool Program. transportation of students who stay after the regular school day to participate in an educational program. These shall be awarded to the most senior driver available: • who requests the work for the duration of the program; and • for whom the assignment will not result in overtime. The assigned driver will not be compensated in the event that the driver does not perform the transportation for such program.
