AFIRS. During the investigation of an accident or incident, the Company shall not reveal the content of these instruments to the general public or the news media, without prior approval from the FCM involved and the Association. In the event of an incident or accident investigation, the Company may not release any data or other information obtained from AFIRS to either the general public or any news media without the prior approval of the Association as well as either the FCM(s) involved or his (their) estate(s). The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure the security of all data or other information obtained from the AFIRS against unauthorized removal and/or playback.
