Advisory Groups. The RCE, in consultation with the Transitional or Governing Council (as applicable) and ONC, may establish Advisory Groups for purposes of seeking input from distinct groups of stakeholders that are parties to or affected by TEFCA Exchange activities to better inform the governance process, provide input on certain topics, and promote inclusivity. The process for establishing Advisory Groups and selecting members is set forth in the applicable SOP.
Advisory Groups. 4.1 In addition to the various Indigenous and public participation activities undertaken by the Committee during the conduct of the Regional Assessment, advisory groups will be established by the Committee to provide it with information and advice during the conduct of the Regional Assessment, as follows:
Advisory Groups. 1. Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein shall be represented in the Advisory Groups of the Agency as laid down in Article 19(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1077/2011. 2. They shall have voting rights as regards the opinions of the Advisory Groups on the decisions referred to in Article 2(2). 3. They shall be allowed to express opinions on all issues on which they are not entitled to vote.
Advisory Groups. The MAMMADE advisory and evaluation is made up from a scientific and a network stakeholder groups. These groups will assist the project by providing scientific and practically-oriented advice to the project coordinators and individuals at a research level. The participants to the stakeholder groups can be considered as external advisors at zero cost. The meeting attendance costs (travel and allowance) costs incurred by these advisors will be borne by the respective organisations. Scientific evaluators from academia, will, wherever possible be budgeted consortium management committee as part of the outreach and dissemination activities.
Advisory Groups. The Board shall convene, or authorize its staff to convene, such expert advisory groups as may be appropriate, which may include practicing accountants and other experts, as well as representatives of other interested groups, subject to such rules as the Board may prescribe to prevent conflicts of interest, to make recommendations concerning the con- tent (including proposed drafts) of auditing, quality control, ethics, independence, or other standards required to be established under this section.
Advisory Groups. At its discretion, the ISPC shall establish and/or dissolve ad hoc advisory groups to study and make recommendations on specific topics, including advisory groups to establish, coordinate, and prioritize needs for selected information technology services. Any advisory group that is established shall create an Advisory Group Charter to be approved by the ISPC that documents the advisory group's purpose, membership and duration.
