Common use of Advisor Clause in Contracts

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large Cap Value Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel▇▇▇▇▇▇/Davis Large ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mid Cap Value Growth Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance Variable Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large Cap Value Lazard International Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance le Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Levin Large Cap Value Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇bML▇▇ ▇▇surance ▇i▇▇▇▇ Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large Cap Value Credit Suisse International Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance LIG Variable Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large Seligman Mid Cap Value Growth Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇ ▇a▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance nsurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large Cap Value William Blair International Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG o▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇▇ ▇▇surance ▇▇rance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large ▇▇▇▇▇▇/Delaware Small-Mid Cap Value Growth Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance Variable Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Rittenhouse Large Cap Value Growth Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇ ▇L▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇▇ ▇▇surance Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large Cap Value Allianz CCM Capital Appreciation Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance IG Variable Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with the Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Fayez Sarofim Large Cap Value Core Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇ ▇▇▇G ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇▇ ▇▇surance ▇urance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and oversight, supervision by and ultimate responsibility of the Advisor and the officers and the board Board of trustees Trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel▇▇▇▇▇▇/Davis Large ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Small-Mid Cap Value Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance Variable Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large CCM Mid Cap Value Growth Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG Va▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.

Advisor. hereby engages the services of Sub-Advisor in connection with Advisor's management of the Roszel/Davis Large Cap Value ▇▇▇▇▇▇/Lord ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Affiliated Portfolio (the "Portfolio") of MLIG ▇▇▇▇▇b▇▇ ▇▇surance Variable Insurance Trust (the "Trust"). Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight and supervision by Advisor and the officers and the board of trustees of the Trust, Sub-Advisor shall manage the investment and reinvestment of that portion of the assets of the Portfolio that the Advisor shall, from time to time, direct.
