Common use of Advisor Clause in Contracts

Advisor. Ares Commercial Real Estate Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, any successor advisor to the Company, the Operating Partnership or any person or entity to which Ares Commercial Real Estate Management LLC or any successor advisor subcontracts substantially all of its functions.
