Common use of Advisor Costs Clause in Contracts

Advisor Costs. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein or approved by majority vote of the Independent Trustees or the Audit Committee, in exchange for the Administrative Reimbursement, the Advisor shall bear the following expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its duties under this Agreement, and shall not be entitled to reimbursement with respect to such expenses (collectively, the “Advisor Costs”):
