Advantage TAM. A. Training: Authorized User shall receive 2 vouchers good for training sessions at LANDesk’s facility free of charge. Authorized User shall be responsible for all travel and expenses related to such training. ▇. ▇▇▇ Dedication: LANDesk will not assign the TAM assigned to work with Authorized User to more than twelve (12) total accounts. C. Availability/Response Time: The TAM assigned to Authorized User shall be available during Business Hours. The TAM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to any telephone contact from Authorized User within two (2) hours during Business Hours. For support issues after Business Hours Authorized User must call LANDesk’s 24 x 7 support line.
