Advance Vacation. Subject to subsection hereof, at the request of an Employee and upon approval of the supervisor or department head, an employee with two (2) years or more of continuous completed service may be granted a maximum of five (5) days from the vacation to be earned for the following vacation year. If an Employee has taken advance vacation and terminates employment without having earned such advance vacation, the equivalent pay for the number of days taken shall be deducted from monies owing at the time of termination.
