Common use of ADVANCE RENTALS Clause in Contracts

ADVANCE RENTALS. 4. After the execution of this Contract of Lease, the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR an advance rental equivalent to six (6) months rent in the amount of Pesos (PhP ), which shall be applied to the rent due on the Leased Premises for the first months of the first (1st) year of the lease.

ADVANCE RENTALS. 45. After the execution of this Contract of Lease, the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR an advance rental equivalent to six (6) months months’ rent in the amount of Pesos (PhP ), which shall be applied pro rata, exclusive of applicable adjustments, to the rent due on the Leased Premises for the first six (6) months of the first (1st) last year of the lease.
